Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who would bring our sales process to the next level.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organise and manage our sales and customer acquisition processes
- Identify potential prospects and turn them into customers
- Manage sale process, from lead generation to negotiations, contract signing and account development
- Define relevant sales performance metrics and use them in making business decisions
- Prepare offers and tender documentation
Your profile:
Must have:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer acquisition, preferably in technology or IT services sector
- Experience in international sales, ideally in DACH region
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- At least basic analytical skills – comfortable working with numbers
- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical topics
Any of the below would be a nice addition:
- Experience in marketing
- Experience with preparing public tender documentation
- Previous exposure to startup industry
