Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who would bring our sales process to the next level.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage our sales and customer acquisition processes
  • Identify potential prospects and turn them into customers
  • Manage sale process, from lead generation to negotiations, contract signing and account development
  • Define relevant sales performance metrics and use them in making business decisions
  • Prepare offers and tender documentation

Your profile:

Must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer acquisition, preferably in technology or IT services sector
  • Experience in international sales, ideally in DACH region
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German
  • At least basic analytical skills – comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand technical topics

Any of the below would be a nice addition:

  • Experience in marketing
  • Experience with preparing public tender documentation
  • Previous exposure to startup industry
